After looking online at tons of sketchy refurbished chair shops, I’m lucky I stumbled on OHR with a quick google search for “NYC office chair” places. I ended up getting a chair I didn’t even know I wanted after trying it in their show room and I’m very happy with my decision. Much better than blindly guessing with an online purchase. Now my back hurts much less and I’m able to WFH in peace. They made the entire process super easy, David thoroughly explained their refurbishment process, and they delivered fast and free. I’d recommend OHR to anyone looking to buy refurbished high quality office furniture and highly encourage visiting them to see the products in person

Fantastic experience. I went to the store and David was off on an expedition getting a fresh haircut, so I was well received by his father who displayed adept knowledge of the various ergonomic chairs available in the store. I settled on the HM Aeron chair. David returned (looking fantastic might I add with his new haircut) and provided further knowledge on the chair of my choice, David was also very kind to thrown in a few extra upgrades due to him not being initially around when I got there, which was much appreciated. Great store layout, a fun conversation with Mr. Esterlit Sr., a returning well-groomed Mr. Esterlit Jr, a cost-effective purchase, and an extremely comfortable new Aeron chair equaled a 10/10 experience at OHR home solutions.

Great customer support and response time I ordered a chair and there were some damages upon arrival. I contacted David who worked with me to make things right. I had to deconstruct some of it and rebuild it, but was provided plenty of videos and information to get it done.

Wonderful shopping experience Although I'm not sure I've found the right office chair for me yet, OHR has been great to deal with. David is extremely patient, low key and a great resource on ergonomics and related matters. Very responsive to questions, no high-pressure tactics.
