I try to make an order during a week… I try to make an order during a week via paypal but each time it does not go through because of technical problems. I have written to customer service regarding this problem about 4-5 times but no reply i got. Very bad service!

good experience I was quite nervous about my order since I red all the bad reviews after I made the purchase. But I received it in 7 days in Canada. Both perfumes I bought have the expected scent and last long. All in all, I can say I really trust this store and I'll buy more, since the prices are the lowest and quality very good.

I placed the order on 29/30/2024 and got delivered to Australia on 19/04/2024(3 weeks). Communication is excellent. They got back to me really quick regarding my email about the delay in processing my order which was great. I can't really understand why there's so much negative reviews about this store on trustpilot. I had an excellent experience. Anyways, this going to be my go to place for buying perfumes even if it takes 3 weeks to get it delivered all the way from US to Australia. Although, I wish the shipping costs were a bit low.

The perfumes are authentic The perfumes are authentic, fresh and are priced well. I also like the selection of some hard to find fragrances offered. I've had an overall good experience with Fragranceshop and will continue to purchase from their online boutique.

Shady company - avoid at all costs… They’ll advertise items and you’ll never receive them along with it taking nearly 2 weeks to get a refund. Avoid doing business with them - they are super shady with terrible customer service
