Buyers Beware. I ordered Versace Eros Parfum 6.7oz from this company on 4/10/24. This company sent Versace Eros EDP 6.7oz to me. I immediately contacted the company via email, (they do not have a phone number to call). I emailed pictures of the package showing the wrong product. The company replied and said they would give me a 25% discount on the wrong product or I should return the wrong product for a full refund. I responded that I would return the wrong product and asked for return label. The company has failed to send the return label despite numerous emails. This is very alarming. First they sent me the wrong product and secondly they are refusing to send a return label. Buyers Beware. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

Fake tracking number Initially, I was sent a tracking number that said my order was delivered. However, I did not receive any package. I know because every other company I placed an order with delivered the products with ZERO problems. I sent the company an email and after 3 whole days they finally replied back. This is the ONLY way to communicate. They said to file a loss claim and wait 10 days. I wait 15 days and finally hear them say "USPS says it was delivered" lies!

SO happy I found this site! I ordered on 2/26 - it's 3/5 and my order arrived today. I placed a relatively small order, not huge, but let me tell you- I have already placed a 2nd order! I was SO pleased with this company! And SO excited to get this perfume!! NOW, let's hope order 2 goes as well as the first! I'm incredibly pleased!!
