GBExcellent customer Service I ordered the serum me face wash and my skin was very sensitive to the ingredients. The customer service team were amazing, they refunded me immediately and told me to pass on the products, which I did, to my sister and she loves them! What a great company!

NLGood makeup brand! Never ordered from the site directly, but I have a lot of Ilia products. Finally, a clean beauty brand that actually cares about good/quality makeup products which are not harmful to the skin. I'd love to see more products, shades and innovations in the future. Good job!
