I took advantage of their black Friday sale, which resulted in a bit of a delay in shipping, not uncommon during big shopping holidays. Ilia was very good about staying in-touch, first sending out a general update and also returning my email with concrete information regarding my order. Once shipped the order arrived fast and was very well packed. I was very pleased with 3 of the 4 items I ordered and when I went to return the 4th (nothing wrong with it, just didn't work for me) their return process was WOW. Easy and hassle free. Great Company, Great Products! Buying cosmetics can be a challenge, especially online as you can't be confident you have the correct shade until you receive it. I was already a huge fan of Ilia Beauty's tinted SPF serum and needed a concealer so decided to try theirs. Loved the product but it was just a tad too yellow for my complexion. Ilia has a return/exchange policy for "gently used" items so I completed the online request. To my amazement, I received a full refund AND I didn't have to return the product!! This is a $30 concealer we're talking about! What amazing customer service and a great way to spread the word about their company. I will DEFINITELY continue buying my cosmetics from Ilia Beauty!!
