Good makeup brand! Never ordered from the site directly, but I have a lot of Ilia products. Finally, a clean beauty brand that actually cares about good/quality makeup products which are not harmful to the skin. I'd love to see more products, shades and innovations in the future. Good job!

Excellent customer Service I ordered the serum me face wash and my skin was very sensitive to the ingredients. The customer service team were amazing, they refunded me immediately and told me to pass on the products, which I did, to my sister and she loves them! What a great company!

Great Company, Great Products! Buying cosmetics can be a challenge, especially online as you can't be confident you have the correct shade until you receive it. I was already a huge fan of Ilia Beauty's tinted SPF serum and needed a concealer so decided to try theirs. Loved the product but it was just a tad too yellow for my complexion. Ilia has a return/exchange policy for "gently used" items so I completed the online request. To my amazement, I received a full refund AND I didn't have to return the product!! This is a $30 concealer we're talking about! What amazing customer service and a great way to spread the word about their company. I will DEFINITELY continue buying my cosmetics from Ilia Beauty!!
