Complete refund even though not their fault. I ordered some perfume for my wife before Christmas which unfortunately didn't arrive in time. I contacted Sobelia to find out where it was and was told it had been held up due to the UK leaving the EU, all completely believable. A little While later Sobelia contacted me to say they could not say how long it would be for me to get my order and offered me a full refund if i wasn't prepared to wait. I received this refund pretty much as soon as i replied to say i would like a refund. Sometimes its not just how good a company is in delivering but how good they are when they don't deliver. I will use them in the future.

Excellent customer service I ordered a 120ml bottle and instead got a 100ml bottle. Sobelia understood this was their mistake and refunded me the difference within the next day. I know you may think this is a bad thing in getting orders incorrect but it’s refreshing to find a company that replies to your concerns and does the right thing. Mistakes happen but to be rectified with such speed is a plus. Thank you.

Take time but arrived in perfect condition January 24th I placed and paid an order december 27 and until now I received nothing and on the tracking it seems nothing has been ship I received my package yesterday January 24 th in perfect condition. That took sometime, but now, it’s ok It’s the second time I ordered, first time was quicker. We have to be patient and confident

0 star No product after 1 month and customer service awful. If you would like your product delivered on time if at all do not use this website, use a real fragrance supplier.

My overall experience with Sobelia.com… My overall experience with Sobelia.com has been almoost good. It's a nicely designed website, easy to fnd what you're looking for. I've used it a few times over the last few months and haven't had any problems. The customer service is also good, with helpful, friendly reps. Prices are resonable, but sometimes higher than what you'd find elsewhere. I haven't encounted any dislikes, overall it is an okay experience. Yet, it ciuld be improved in some areas. The page stll needts a bit of an update and teh colors and design are a bit old-fashined. I wouldn't say it's my faviorite e-commerce site, but I would still recommend it.
