GBWorst company In North America Worst company In North America! I ordered a two pack of monitors on new egg.com in mid February. They only sent one monitor. Then they accused me of lying to them. I sent them a total of 12 pictures showing only one monitor was delivered. Newegg finally gave me a refund that was early March it’s now almost April and still no refund. This is a company of thieves. Save your money go elsewhere!

GBWorst company to deal with I had bough a HP desktop from Amazon and it was activated with windows now having windows activation issues I requested a windows key which is generally shipped with the computers but they are not helping.. I had to buy windows key .. BEAWARW

GBPurchased a Synology DiskStation DS218 NAS from Aventis Systems Purchased a Synology DiskStation DS218 NAS Server from Aventis via Amazon. The Server arrived from Aventis with two 1 TB SSD drives that are NOT on Synology Products Compatibility list. Drives failed in less than 6 months of use. I thought I was buying a complete solution from Aventis, instead I received a sub-par solution that does not work.

THOrder this product model but get another product model and delay shipping I order the dell MD3800F 2 units. I've completed to confirm spec and payment done. After that, I waited for about 1 month. I received only 1 item and not MD3800F. The Aventis System sent me the MD3820F instead without letting me know before. I informed the sales person and opened the case with the support team. I waited for a reply for more than 1 week but no updates back. And suddenly the second MD3820F was sent to me again but I refused to accept the product because it was not exactly as I agreed to order from the beginning. I'm worried that Aventis Systems will abandon me, cheat me and including non-professional work. Where is my Dell MD3800F ?? Avantis must be responsible and resolve this problem for me urgently.
