have been using it for 4 months have been using it for 4 months. At first, it was great listing software on the market and save me a lot of time to list on AZ. But recently there were bugs everywhere and I couldn't do anything except waiting for them to fix it. Yes, their price is good, but considering this un-mature product with bugs, I don't think it is fair.

Don't waste your money!! Not mobile friendly, strands your inventory, and they will forfeit all your paid subscription the moment you cancel. They suck!! Accelerlist is awful. It's not mobile friendly AT ALL. I cannot navigate anything from mobile. It won't even go beyond one screen. The listing process itself is easy, however it defaults your minimum price to the price you initially list an item at. So anytime you lower a price on Amazon, your inventory goes stranded for falling below your "minimum set price" that you never even set to begin with, Accelerist did. I'm sure they do this because they want you to purchase their repricer software to handle all that for you. I was not happy with anything about this software. Nothing. Everyone raved about it and I've tried several others prior to this one that were WAY better. I only decided to try this one because the cost was much lower. However, I will gladly pay more for something like InventoryLab hands down. The thing that most annoyed me came when I cancelled my service. They cut off all my access the second I cancelled, even though I had already paid for a full month!! This is the first time I've ever seen any company, not just listing software but ANYONE make you sacrifice all of what you already paid for. They did not issue any refunds. They did not warn me I would lose all of the time I was entitled to. They just said F you basically. Small sacrifice to be done with these people. Even signing up was a pain. I had to message someone on chat because it kept saying I needed to input a username and password, which I had been!! They had me try doing it incognito and closing everything out and trying again and nothing worked. So finally they manually entered my username info from their end and it worked. I should have known at that point that this software was going to be full of issues. Don't bother with Accelerlist for listing. Go with InventoryLab!!!!!!

Literally worst customer service I have… Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent 8..yes 8!!! Hours getting circle jerked by they’re customer services who have literally ZERO idea what they are even doing. Horrible experience do not recommend.

Please read this before you sign up Hi everyone, I wanted to start this off by saying I am a life time member of accelerlist. In the days of doing books to amazon FBA they were great. Recently they have taken a down turn anytime you bring up an issue that is obliviously on their end they will spin it to being your issue. For example, today I had an Item I can list on seller central but not on accelerlist. Customer service rep was no help and blamed the situation on me even after providing proof of being ungated. This is one example to the countless issues I have experienced. Please do not make the same mistake I did and get yourself a decent listing software.
