No Tech Support. Spoke with Accelerlist in early July 2019 to see if it was compatible with the Zebra printer. I was told they would have a new release the following week and that the Zebra would be no problem. Signed up 8/5 and the set up for the Zebra does not work. Not only does it not work it comes and goes from the website. I have emailed several times in the last 28 hours with only one response. I got an email wanting me to purchase lifetime access for $699. No response at all to my printer issue. Needless to say tech support is important and they apparently don't offer it.

Literally worst customer service I have… Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent 8..yes 8!!! Hours getting circle jerked by they’re customer services who have literally ZERO idea what they are even doing. Horrible experience do not recommend.

Accelerlist Over InventoryLab Anyday! If you're not using Accelerlist, you're slipping big time! I switched over from IL to AL, and let me tell you, not only is it cheaper, but it's way more user-friendly for book sellers. The team is very caring, and the developers are always looking out for your well-being. If others are switching over, you should too!

Excellent, timely customer service I had to list a ton of books in a rush. I went out of state to help close a bookstore. I've only sold books individually before so listing a ton was new to me. I looked at 4 listing options and decided to try accelerlist. There is definitely a learning curve to navigate the first batch. I was in a time crunch so that added some stress and frustration. But every time I reached out to customer service, they responded within 10 minutes, even in the evening. They helped me every time and I ended up getting 4 big batches listed in a few days. They don't have brother printers integrated right now, so I had to export stuff to PDF but it's easy enough.
