However the matter was resolved promptly . I truly appreciate that . I'm a little disappointed B-flat doesn't seem to work for me but ; I hope I can find other products that will. The smell is absolutely 😍 . Customer service is above average✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️

Intrusive Facebook Ads I haven't tried Maelys Cosmetics products, and their Facebook ads are the reason why. They are overly aggressive, pop up constantly, and sometimes feel misleading. It's a shame, because if their advertising was less intrusive, I might be interested in checking the products out.

Impeccable customer service The courier had lost my parcel and I was sent a replacement immediately after I had raised this issue with Maëlys. Impeccable customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful. A week later a neighbour had brought my lost parcel, which was delivered to the wrong address, and Maëlys said I can keep both. So generous. As to the products, I just started using the thigh firming cream and b-tight a bit over a week, but can already see a slight improvement. Excited to see how it will improve over the next few weeks.
