APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE ***BE AWARE*** This company is terrible to deal with if you have any problems/issues. I am still waiting for order of £568.50 worth of products to arrive from October 2023. Tracking information for Evri has status of ‘not valid tracking information’, yet PayPal have awarded dispute in favour of Merchant, despite producing supporting documentation.

What’s not to love? I discovered Maelys recently at a retail store and immediately became obsessed with all their products! They smell great and feel amazing on! Even better, the products are doing what they say they will! I found that I could go direct and earn points and discounts on the products I so cannot live without! They have fantastic customer service, ship quickly, and the packaging is cute and fun. There is no turning back now, they’re stuck with me!

Intrusive Facebook Ads I haven't tried Maelys Cosmetics products, and their Facebook ads are the reason why. They are overly aggressive, pop up constantly, and sometimes feel misleading. It's a shame, because if their advertising was less intrusive, I might be interested in checking the products out.
