Outlook 365 Sync Issues Typically, Geeks Tech Pro have done an outstanding job for my business over the 3-4 years that I've used them. This last issue involved syncing my Outlook 365 calendar with my mobile version. It took significantly longer than expected, but once they brought in a 'fresh pair' of eyes to assist, the problems were addressed quickly. Scam Scam! Our computer screen blacked out and we were provided a phone number, supposedly through Microsoft, to fix it. Of course it was a scam artist and we handed over $499 on our credit card so they could fix the problem that they created. Scam scam, scam. We canceled our credit cards and challenge the charge on our credit card bill. Stay away.
