GBThey are very misleading with their… They are very misleading with their 30-day refund policy. I attempted to transfer my domain to use their hosting services and was unhappy with their service, dashboard, customer service, EVERYTHING! I would stay away from this company if you’re looking for hosting services.

GBHostgrid, poor communication and refund Our account was cancelled Dec 2021 should have had a refund £47, never received, they never responded to messages, then this year 12 months later they asked for over £236 for a domain renewal although cancelled. Useless when trying to contact them, gave up and made sure the bank blocked any attempt to obtain payment
