This company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!

Non-patronising jargon-free replies I've been through a number of hosting providers over the years... and HostGrid win hands down. Lightening fast replies, great prices and with me being "less than an expert"... it's so refreshing to have explanations in non-patronising jargon-free language. No Phone phone support No Phone phone support. If you want to transfer you're domain to a different company good luck. The lock you're Domain that you paid for and refuse to unlock it.
