I am looking for a refund for $998. Two purchases shows up as LGA AIRBNB GIFT CARD for $499 each. Lost and Found We were given a gift card for Airbnb Christmas of 2021, but never had a need to use it until Spring of 2024. We had lost the original gift certificate and were really worried about losing the original gift amount. We reached out for help and they were able to locate our certificate and give us the whole balance! They were quick and efficient and I appreciate their help!

No customer service This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you reach out, an automated bot sends a message, which absolutely makes sense. However, it does say to reply to speak to a live individual. Responses never actually answer the question. They never want to actually help you. I will never purchase a gift card from this company again.

Shockingly bad As others have said - if I could rate this a zero then I would. Absolutely shocking. Tried to purchase Airbnb voucher on Airbnb app and the order kept declining despite using SEVEN different cards, both business and personal. No explanation provided. The order then randomly went through after trying on mobile instead of laptop. Then realised that there was a typo in the email address so it did not reach the recipient. As it cost £250, I was understandably keen to resolve asap. No reply to an email after 2 weeks. Airbnb cant help, just direct you towards this completely useless company.
