Problem resolved! I ordered 3 gift cards and had to come to the customer care center for assistance with 2 of them. They were very responsive and worked until all issues had been resolved. A great outcome!

Shockingly slow customer service Shockingly slow customer service. If anything goes wrong you're on your own...I would not recommend you purchase any vouchers from them. Terrible experience I'm really not sure why all the big comapnies like Airbnb are using this company to provide their vouchers. Rubbish!

Unusable card no live person I was given a gift card for doordash and the email I recieved says I don't have access to it. I'm trying to ise it and can't get in touch with a real person to figure it out.

As soon as I got them the needed… As soon as I got them the needed information they were able to find a gift card I had purchased that I deleted the confirmation email for.

Lost and Found We were given a gift card for Airbnb Christmas of 2021, but never had a need to use it until Spring of 2024. We had lost the original gift certificate and were really worried about losing the original gift amount. We reached out for help and they were able to locate our certificate and give us the whole balance! They were quick and efficient and I appreciate their help!
