Terrible experience I'm really not sure why all the big comapnies like Airbnb are using this company to provide their vouchers. Rubbish!

Doesn't work I've been trying to purchase a gift card and have several times been declined on the site. but my credit card keeps showing the charges, and after multiple calls to my bank have confirmed there's no flag on my card. The charges are still pending on my account but there's no gift card. Can someone please contact me and respond to my emails.

Nothing but Declined Tried 3 different credit cards on multiple days and it always says declined. Banks say it's not being declined on their end, and Launch Gift Card support is no help at all. EDIT: Anyone looking for Airbnb gift cards should go to Amazon. They are available there without any of the crap from this company.

Just purchased a GC on Turo for $256… Just purchased a GC on Turo for $256 with my Cap1 CC and the charged shoed as declined but my card immediately charged and I have no gift card, I've emailed support at launce gc, since you cannot talk to a human, but I needed this immediately to book a car for tomorrow. Now I have no gc or available credit to book the trip.

Gift Card Fiasco Tried to buy an Ebay gift card on the Ebay website with our credit card (tried 3 times) - Launch denied every attempt even after we called our credit card company and they said we were clear to purchase. This whole episode was a big joke and a waste of precious time. Ebay needs to find another provider.
