Simpler the expensive Now I do like the product. It doesn't affect my skin the same way way as JFM. But the taxes I have to pay to import it from the states to UK is ridiculous. It's already an expensive product but unless they find a stockist in the UK I'll deal with the JFM itch for a couple of days and save well over half the expense.

Good product..terrible delivery This is a terrific product with an absolutely terrible provisioning/delivery system. Every time I order this product it takes longer to arrive than the last time. This time I ordered it on 3/21/24 and I arrived on 4/10/24. I spoke with customer service 3 times and the same person each time (one person in customer service?). She even knew my voice by the 3rd call. This product gets a pass until they get their act together with shipping.

Got this for my husband who has gotten… Got this for my husband who has gotten a hair transplant and still wants to color his grays. This product was easy to use, was not messy, and did not make his hair feel like ramen noodles. I will be purchasing this for myself to try. I contacted customer support to advise the color was not dark enough and no questions asked, they took care of it! Thank you for an awesome product and staff! Will always buy this for my hubby and myself, too!
