Not Useable! Useless Product! They are highly unresponsive. Attempted to get technical assistance several times. They do not have help links for Help Tickets or Chat on their support page or the product 'Dashboard'. The product does not support all browsers. Had to contact a 3rd party just to get information on how to contact them. Unable to use Total Password with Firefox (my primary browser) and Total Password will not import the .csv file I exported from McAfee TrueKey. I have over 200 accounts with various passwords that I am not going to pay McAfee to continue to use. Avoid this company at all cost. I lost $80 for product they would not refund.

NIGHTMARE. Stay away. Billing is a nightmare - the UI is garbage; and the ability to actually CONTACT support seems to be impossible. I wanted their password vault, but due to lack of information on the UI - I paid for 'unlimited access' of their AV system. Sure, I made a mistake - but; I don't want nor need this service and ONLY WANT the Password Manager. Not mentioning the not-so-transparent billing pricing. Ironically, I can't seem to find a way to pay for that service; and now just want a refund for everything. Edit: seems that due to me not wanting to liason with the company, my review will be removed. I've gotten my refund and there's nothing further the lackluster CS system can do for me.

Very well organized Very fast and easy to understand

Not a good product with integrity I purchased this product about 2 months ago. It has been working great up until I tried to sign in to another device. Once you get the plug in, you have no other method to sign in to the account from anywhere else. It just appears a little shady to me also that I cannot deactivate my account, and there's no way of requesting a refund. Like putting your money into a slot machine, you don't reach a person. I also leary of doing business with people like this that are not "people" friendly! This may not be the best source to store your info since they hadn't proven to be trustworthy. Anyone can pay a company to say they're the best remember that..
