NLTook PayPal e-mail adress, no way to cancel nor contact I made an account for my business e-mail address, however, i paid with paypal. The account took over that e-mail adress as the main one. I can't change the e-mail or cancel my subscription without this e-mail. However, I do not have access to that one. No way to contact either so at a loss of what I can do now.

CANIGHTMARE. Stay away. Billing is a nightmare - the UI is garbage; and the ability to actually CONTACT support seems to be impossible. I wanted their password vault, but due to lack of information on the UI - I paid for 'unlimited access' of their AV system. Sure, I made a mistake - but; I don't want nor need this service and ONLY WANT the Password Manager. Not mentioning the not-so-transparent billing pricing. Ironically, I can't seem to find a way to pay for that service; and now just want a refund for everything. Edit: seems that due to me not wanting to liason with the company, my review will be removed. I've gotten my refund and there's nothing further the lackluster CS system can do for me.

GBNot Useable! Useless Product! They are highly unresponsive. Attempted to get technical assistance several times. They do not have help links for Help Tickets or Chat on their support page or the product 'Dashboard'. The product does not support all browsers. Had to contact a 3rd party just to get information on how to contact them. Unable to use Total Password with Firefox (my primary browser) and Total Password will not import the .csv file I exported from McAfee TrueKey. I have over 200 accounts with various passwords that I am not going to pay McAfee to continue to use. Avoid this company at all cost. I lost $80 for product they would not refund.
