This company has the worst customer… This company has the worst customer service I've ever experience. When I received my lock and attempted to install it, the product was defective. Because the company does not have a phone number to call for customer service, I was stuck emailing back and forth for over two weeks sending them videos and photos of the issue. They never once offered a solution, just continued to ask for more videos. I didn't get anywhere until I demanded that they either take back the product and refund me or send me a replacement lock. Then they reluctantly gave me the mailing address to ship back my product but noted that the shipping costs were my responsibility. No apologies or I'm sorry for your inconvenience with our product. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I like the product I like the product, very stylish. Sometimes hard to connect to bluetooth. Installation took a little while but I like the various options the product provides.

Ehh, be cautious. Not for rental properties. Well, where do I start. Purchased 2 of these for some short term stays in rental properties. Programmed these at my place, instructions were not as easy as they are made to be. Took several times rereading, watching videos and asking questions of Nocki's support staff before I could get them to work. Now, get them installed on the subject properties, 800 miles away from my home. Can't set passwords for guests unless I have someone there locally who can connect with their blue tooth phone to reset/add a password for a guest. Set them up an account, nope can share data from the US to another country, so have to delete the user/admin account, set up a new email account, set up a new user and lie that the account was a US user, so that the app would communicate with the Family account here in the US. Ugh such a headache... but not finished with the issues. New admin tries to reset/add new passwords. Screens are dark, not able to connect to bluetooth. Hmmm, make a personal trip to the properties to see what the issue is.... BATTERIES ARE DEAD! 3 WEEKS and the brand new Duracell batteries don't work anymore, not in 1 of the locks but both of the locks! Had enough, so I contact support to ask for a refund. NOPE!!! They won't offer refunds for a defective product. Will only send me a replacement lock. UPDATE: Received the replacement locks! Different model then I initially ordered. These don't have the fingerprint scanner! Great, sent me the downgraded version. Tested the replacements, #$%! these don't work! Screen won't turn on, can't get it to pair with bluetooth, I know, I know, maybe this is user error. Nope, brought in my tech guy, after 30 mins of running multiple tests these are truly defective. So now I have 4 defective locks, and Nocki has stopped communicating with me since late January. Here we are in April, 2022 and I'm only left with posting here and reporting them to the FTC.

Received my rear view mirror within 2… Received my rear view mirror within 2 weeks good service but it didn't come with installation instructions so we have to figure out how to install the backup camera. We got the mirror on but not the backup camera going yet. I like it but I feel like I'm looking through a magnifying glass when I turn the front camera off just so I can use the rear view mirror. But other than that I love it.

Waiting to try soon We recently purchased the product and have yet to install. All reviews and searches have been positive and we look forward to trying out soon.
