GBDoes not support MicroSoft Edge Windows 10 Browser Been a user for years. This year, it was a nightmare to get it to work uploading files. I always used Microsoft Edge on a PC. This year I had to DownLoad and Use Google Chrome. How unprofessional and KLUNKY to not support the most popular Browser.

Customer support: 3 of 5 most days Attitude: 0 of 5 Renewal policy: -5 of 5 They use an unintuitive interface and claim that the security protocols are more important than the user experience. They automatically renew the annual license and offer a ZERO refund policy. To cancel or downgrade, there is a small very small window 30 days before renewal to change the account. Total bunch of jerks.

GBTime to Receive Tech Support In my experience, The time to speak with a technician when a technical issue occurs with SmartVault could be improved. Generally, it takes several hours for tech support to return email. Usually, when the call or email is sent I am off to the next project and phone or email tag further complicates the problem.. If a tech support could address my issue at the time of request, it would be extremely helpful.

GBWorst User Interface Ever I have been in IT over 40 years and the Smart Vault user interface is one of the worst I have ever used. I now own a tax preparation business so we test tried it out on 10 of our clients, not one could successfully upload their documents on the first try. That was enough for us so we cancelled our subscription.

GBIt's a great program It's a great program. Offers lots of flexiblity with clients and most of all much peace of mind for security against hackers, etc especially for sole practices.
