There seems to be a lot of functions in… There seems to be a lot of functions in SmartVault that I cannot use due to lack of training. The training articles are confusing and I don't seem to have an account manager to help me. I love the security piece and would likely use the software more. Each month I am weighting the cost, my inability to utilize all of the software's tools and I spend time looking for an alternative

We are currently using SmartVault for… We are currently using SmartVault for our company and so far it has been an easy vault for clients to upload. Some user interfaces and support can improve.

There were times when i had uploaded an… There were times when i had uploaded an excel spreadsheet to work on and saved it several times, but it never saved to the desktop folder and had to recreate the work. This happened on multiple occassions. But overall, the filing system is still very good. Also, when giving rights to clients, once i have indicated the sub folders should be accessible by client, the system did not allow access to sub or sub-sub folders and i had to go in to the furtherest sub folder and provide access to client.

Overall I love SmartVault Overall I love SmartVault, but my scanner won't save directly to it (probably scanner issue) and I can't (easily) make changes to names of folders that I want to add/alter. (operator error?). I have found that recent updates have been GREAT! and the more experience I get the better the software becomes. Love the "print" feature from Pro-Series tax software direct to SmartVault, so easy. I do find that my clients with little computer experience have difficulty accessing the software, others no issues at all. Good customer service! Very helpful representatives. Attended a couple of recent online trainings, too fast (presenter barely took a breath), too high level, zero questions at the end, those were disappointing, but I do know that I can follow up with representative when I get time.

No one gets back to me... I tried this system out based on what I was told by Korey. He said if it doesn't fit my needs, there would be a full refund within 30 days. It didn't fit my needs and I reached out to him about the refund. I never heard back from him so I called him and he said he would process the refund. A few days later, Jasmine reached out to continue my onboarding, I told her Korey should have canceled my account and processed a refund. I never got an email confirming so I asked her to confirm. She did just that, thank you Jasmine. But then I got charged another month. I've tried reaching out and I got an automated email saying I will be getting refunded but I ask another question and no response. I called in again and spoke to someone telling them my situation. They sent me an email saying I need to log in to cancel my subscription. I can't log in, my account doesn't exist anymore I guess. I emailed them back letting them know that and no response. I sent another follow up email and still no response... Very unprofessional.
