From smaller to larger portfolios the domain management is really easy. If your domain went into the in-review state, the support quickly response and resolve it. You can see Leads Center which is amazing and most awaited feature for domain investors like me.

Afternic telephone support people are… Afternic telephone support people are smart and deeply knowledgeable. Really good and usually just a short wait. However, only available in standard business hours. 6 pm East Coast they're gone for the day. Don't be upset. They are spending their support budget on quality, not on spreading 24/7. The reality is if they hired more people to cover 24/7 they couldn't pay well and those new people would not know as much and they would have to bleed money away from daytime support so daytime attrition would be replaced with lower paid superficial knowledge people. SO: I REALLY PREFER AFTERNIC's present method of customer assistance, normal business hours. Finding time during your workday your call will be shorter due to shorter wait time and their person speaking US English and understanding you. Minor downside their url landing pages are only black and white, no colors, no cool designs.

Scam and sloppy spamming Not sure why these guys are suddenly emailing, with a very shady disclaimer, "By clicking this link you are hereby giving authority for thes ( an actual typo in their email ) domains to be listed, sold and transacted on the afternic DLS network. This is equivalent to a standard transfer FOA (Form of Authority)." message. No. It really isn't.
