warning: stay away Afternic listed one of my domains as "for sale", even though I never offered my domain for sale, and even though I was never a godaddy or afternic customer. I had to make multiple phone calls. Their staff is friendly, but for the most part couldn't help me. They also refused to see the point that offering other peoples property for sale without asking first is not right. One of their agents pointed out to me that I better comply with their way of working, because godaddy is a large company. He suggest I should not "take them up". Ultimately I let them pressure me to register an account myself, verify ownership of my domain, and then unlist the domain. The process did not actually work, and I had to make many more calls. Now i'm stuck with an Afternic account that I never wanted, because their "delete account" functionality, on top of all the other headaches, is broken. Definitely a company i will not be dealing with ever again if I can avoid it.

Incredibly shady, beware at all costs Another shady company owned by GoDaddy. They scoop up domains that you either forget to renew or simply SEARCH FOR ON GODADDY! Then they charge you thousands of dollars to buy it back.

no domain, almost 3 months to get the refund I purchased a domain on Afternic on the 10th of October 2023 at a cost of $10K. Sadly I made a big mistake by making this payment by wire. It is now the 19th of December, I did not receive the domain and my money is still missing. I have been in touch with Afternic support on a regular basis but nobody tells me anything definite. Now considering taking legal action. This situation is totally unacceptable, it is during a time of economic hardship for many small businesses and on top of that comes just before Christmas. Refund received on the 5th of January.

All dummy chat agents, Advised to add details, we did almost 2-5 times, added my PAKISTAN BANK details for payment receiving and tried via USA LLC bank details But all in vain So WHT is going on, domain name is luxurynbeauty.com Are you guys doing a business or PLAYING FOOL with customers, I need my Payment ASAP Transfer it now, you have all details now - so i'm waiting - otherwise i'm not going to leave this and will raise voice everywhere Regards
