GBA simple FTP server that works great We have been using Exavault for several years now. It works great and we have no issues. We use it primarily as a FTP server for clients to upload files. We like the ability to create folders/users for each client and then restricting specific users to specific folders. The dashboard is simple and intuitive. We like the various options to log in (via username/passwords, SSH keys, or API credentials).

GBProvided the service I needed. Provided the service I needed. Called and they walked me through my concerns i had and helped me understand my issues. My data is safe and stored online vs on a drive at my office or house. If something goes wrong I always know I have my copy with them as a backup no matter what. All in all a great service - been using them for a couple of yrs now and have no complaints. This service is simple and straight forward. GBUnjustified Huge Increase in Price with Little Notice The have been using ExaVault for some time and paying $20 per month. We were sent an email out of the blue recently saying that the annual subscription would now be $2,100! This is way beyond our budget and leaves us in a very difficult position, needing to restructure our IT, and our relationship with the 3rd parties at short notice. If this is how their customers are treated, they deserve 0 stars. I am trying to imaging what they would say to their providers if bills starting landing on their door mat with little notice and 500% increases in charges. We are small business with very low volume users, only transferring a few files a day, each nothing more than a csv file with a few lines of text. Very unimpressed.

GBExaVault Cloud FTP is Great! Overall the product and our experience with the software and support team has been great. They continue to add necessary features to keep ftp options available for our customers that want more and more automated workflows.

GBPrior to their recent overhaul of their… Prior to their recent overhaul of their Website, Exavault was great, but with their Website change, the experience has been degraded. Our users have to constantly reload their browser and login multiple times to get to the services or info they need.
