I contacted the customer service department, sent them a photo and within minutes Lauren got back to me! I mean who does that in this day and age! Amazing! Sent Me Wrong Product & Expect Me to Pay for Return Shipping I ordered a 3-pack of Anti-Cellulite Serum but was sent a 3-pack of Resurfacing Body Polish. Assuming this was in error, I contacted the company. They said they had discontinued the Anti-Cellulite Serum, so instead of telling me it was out of stock or giving me any kind of option, they sent me the Body Polish (a completely different product in both ingredients and application) instead. To return the Body Polish I'd have to pay for return shipping, even though it is NOT the product I ordered. Very sketchy business practice imo. Not happy with this company.

Speedt Customer Service and Like the Products Placed an order and saw that my coupon didn't go through. Email customer support, and recieved and email within hours from Lauryn with the coupon amount refunded! Thank you!!! Looking forward to round two of the firming creams, and under eye serum! Live that there's no hazardous chemicals in these products, and they seem to have firmed things up a bit!

I love The Glo Fairy x I've always had a good experience with Glow Fairy. Their products are truly unreal and I'm hooked. Customer service response time is very quick and Lauren is great. I've had communication with her a few times and she has always satisfied my concerns and dealt with refunds etc promptly 😊
