This review is for customer service This review is for customer service, as I havent received my product yet. I mistakenly submitted my order without using my discount code. Immediately, I emailed support to ask that my order be cancelled. They werent able to cancel it BUT, Lauryn offered to add the code to the order and refunded the difference to my card! I must say that I was in complete shock!! I was totally prepared for a long hassle! IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will try other products based solely on my customer experience! Can't wait for my serum to arrive!

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. They knowingly sent me the wrong product and then expected me to keep it or pay for shipping costs back to china. I also would never have purchased if they had been upfront about where the product was from

Speedt Customer Service and Like the Products Placed an order and saw that my coupon didn't go through. Email customer support, and recieved and email within hours from Lauryn with the coupon amount refunded! Thank you!!! Looking forward to round two of the firming creams, and under eye serum! Live that there's no hazardous chemicals in these products, and they seem to have firmed things up a bit!

I love The Glo Fairy x I've always had a good experience with Glow Fairy. Their products are truly unreal and I'm hooked. Customer service response time is very quick and Lauren is great. I've had communication with her a few times and she has always satisfied my concerns and dealt with refunds etc promptly 😊
