Outstanding Customer Service I placed an order today using Apple Pay, and somehow in between my double clicking and actual processing, the address changed. I emailed customer service, and received a prompt reply from Lauryn, who was fantastic! I appreciate how quickly she found my order and was able to correct it for me before shipping took place. Wonderful Customer Service! I live in Canada and discovered this product through a review in a journal. I ordered it, applied it as directed and magic! It worked very quickly to address dark and puffy under eyes. I have sensitive eyes that more often than not react to eye products. Glow Fairy was smooth and very soothing on my eyes … and very easy to apply! It was a winner! I tried to reorder but could not pull up an address for shipping to Canada. I contacted customer Service. Only a few moments later I received a very helpful response from Lauryn in CS. She completed a partial order for me and sent it to my email with directions on how to complete payment for the order….prompt, courteous, helpful and my order is now complete and on the way to my Canadian address! I ordered anti cellulite cream from… I ordered anti cellulite cream from this company. NOWHERE on their website do they disclose that it is made in CHINA. Really??? This whole website and their “story” sounds like it is a complete Chinese scam out of California. Satisfaction guarantee? They said I could return it, but must pay to do that. They just want to scam the next customer. Very unhappy!!!
