GBExcellent service after product stopped working I had a previous version of Auraglow's Deluxe Home Kit with the battery-operated light unit that stopped working. Despite being older, it hadn't been used very many times and battery replacement did not current the problem. I reached out to Auraglow and was promptly contacted back by Dale from their customer service. He requested a few pieces of information and by the next morning, he had one of their brand new rechargeable light units being shipped out to me as a replacement. Some companies would simply say it had been too long, here's the cost for a new unit, or "Sorry, that happens." It's nice to know some companies are still willing to improve and stand behind their products.

GBBest system I've Used Once set up, AuraGlow is easy to use. The timer simplifies tracking application. The intense blue light makes professional grade whitening possible. The whitening gel is without strong flavor or irritation. I'm mid-way through and I'm thrilled with the results. Customer service is phenomenal. My mouth is too wide for the tray and AuraGlow is sending me a different tray to compensate for my wider mouth. Try it!

GBThey didn't have to...but they did it anyways...thx! Recently I bought some more whitening gel and had issues with my current LED light - the light wouldn't stay on and there was also a buzzing noise that wouldn't' stop. I reached out to Auraglow and asked if there was something I could do to fix the light. I received a super quick response from Dale @ Auraglow and he immediately offered to replace the light at no cost. I had no expectations going into this conversation and was very pleased to have the new light delivered in 2 days.

GBHelp within 24 hours!! Absolutely wonderful customer service this company has. 100% makes me want to recommend to friends. I had an old light unit I was unfortunately only able to use a few times before having to discontinue use due to pregnancy. Unfortunately, after I had my baby and went to use my unit again, it malfunctioned, meaning I’d have to repurchase the whole thing again. I reached out to customer service (Dale) who replied within 24 hours and offered to replace my unit with the newer version, no questions asked. Super pleased with the help and so excited to get back to teeth whitening!!
