GBGreat customer service! My product was delivered, but one of my whitening gels went a little crazy once I opened the cap ans it oozed everywhere. I reached out for help, and was contacted right away by email from an awesome man named Dale! His customer service was amazing. He had the patience, kindness, and resolved the issue right away. It's because of this experience that I will not only purchase more products in the future, but I will also be recommending this companies products to my friends and family! GBThey didn't have to...but they did it anyways...thx! Recently I bought some more whitening gel and had issues with my current LED light - the light wouldn't stay on and there was also a buzzing noise that wouldn't' stop. I reached out to Auraglow and asked if there was something I could do to fix the light. I received a super quick response from Dale @ Auraglow and he immediately offered to replace the light at no cost. I had no expectations going into this conversation and was very pleased to have the new light delivered in 2 days.

GBAuraglow is a quality tooth whitening system So far I am happy with the whitening results from using Auraglow. My only issue is having to wear the device for 30 minutes. I'm guessing this is required in order to have a product that's safer for the enamel of your teeth. Overall I would recommend Auraglow to anyone desiring a good quality tooth whitening system.

GBSUPERB!!! SUPERB! EXCELLENT! A few terms that sum up my experience with customer service. My daughters cat destroyed her cable charger on a Friday… I sent email explaining the situation and honestly expecting no reply. MONDAY MORNING, not only had Dale replied, he said that a new cord will be in the way! It was already shipping by mid Monday morning! This is the BEST service I’ve received in YEARS!!!! Thank you and we are customers for life!
