Absolutely awful customer service Absolutely awful customer service. The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

Nice one Kendal!!! We run a fleet of vans and have always considered getting trackers but it always seemed to much upheaval. I decided the time had come to do it, braced myself for all the hassle and contacted four companies to choose from. Right from the start Kendal from Verizon stood out from the others. She explained everything quickly and clearly with no nonsense. She was very knowledgeable about how it all worked and was able to answer all my questions. The Verizon system seemed very good but was a bit more expensive than some others who I spoke to but I just felt able to trust Kendal and the product. Now we have it installed in 5 vans I'm delighted with it. Straight forward and easy to use, all good in fact. I'll be calling to get the rest of the fleet wired up soon. Great product Great product, it exactly fits our needs. Backup service is great and efficient. I believe it has helped our drivers be vigilant in their driving habits with in turn saves us money by using less fuel.
