The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

Worst customer service Worst customer service. No US based employees other than sales. Overcharging me for months on non-existent vehicles. Cannot reach support. Get the run around. Tried to get a replacement device and it's been over a month. Again - still getting billed. Find another company

Great product Great product, it exactly fits our needs. Backup service is great and efficient. I believe it has helped our drivers be vigilant in their driving habits with in turn saves us money by using less fuel.
