Absolutely awful customer service Absolutely awful customer service. The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

Verizon's products are excellent Verizon's products are excellent. We have them fitted to 13 vehicles for GPS and Cameras which makes running a transport company so much easier. Our Fleet Management Consultant Mandi is easy to contact and goes out of her way to assist us quickly and professionally. We strongly recommend Verizon's products.

Nice one Kendal!!! We run a fleet of vans and have always considered getting trackers but it always seemed to much upheaval. I decided the time had come to do it, braced myself for all the hassle and contacted four companies to choose from. Right from the start Kendal from Verizon stood out from the others. She explained everything quickly and clearly with no nonsense. She was very knowledgeable about how it all worked and was able to answer all my questions. The Verizon system seemed very good but was a bit more expensive than some others who I spoke to but I just felt able to trust Kendal and the product. Now we have it installed in 5 vans I'm delighted with it. Straight forward and easy to use, all good in fact. I'll be calling to get the rest of the fleet wired up soon. He even took it in his stride when it was being explained to him about the problems we had had, as he could have taken it, that the anger was directed at him. Great Customer Service Josh was great to deal with. Phoned to see how everything was going and followed up with an email with confirmation on what we had discussed and details to be able to contact him direct. Would have no problems with recommending Verizon Connect.
