I have been shopping with this company… I have been shopping with this company for a while. Always loved the product. Recently had my first issue with an order and the team was quick to respond and very quick to fix the issue that was my fault in the first place! Great company!

I love their perfumes I love their perfumes! They are long lasting and smell great. I have had a good experience with customer service as well! They got back to me quickly and solved my problem.

Gave me headaches!! + 10$ fee return Ordered and wanted to try the labo copy perfume, overall packaging was good and all but the scent omg, it was so strong it gave me huge headaches. I didn’t want it anymore and so returned it and they charged me 10$ for the return. I honestly think they shouldn’t charge for returns when it involves the person not liking the smell. Won’t be buying anymore and won’t be trying out more , typically paying 10$ when I am trying perfume. Not worth it
