But Robert and Andrew from customer services were able to provide guidance and reassurance by offering recommendations on what Dossier was able to do and I could do too. Great team! CAGave me headaches!! + 10$ fee return Ordered and wanted to try the labo copy perfume, overall packaging was good and all but the scent omg, it was so strong it gave me huge headaches. I didn’t want it anymore and so returned it and they charged me 10$ for the return. I honestly think they shouldn’t charge for returns when it involves the person not liking the smell. Won’t be buying anymore and won’t be trying out more , typically paying 10$ when I am trying perfume. Not worth it
