GBI had a missing package situation I had a missing package situation. But Robert and Andrew from customer services were able to provide guidance and reassurance by offering recommendations on what Dossier was able to do and I could do too. Great team! GBWhat might have been a bad first… What might have been a bad first experience turned into testimony to quality customer service and impeccable policy handling. My first package went missing, and I didn’t even know I purchased a package protection policy but a few days after the package was supposed to be delivered, I saw it wasn’t around and contacted the help center, who requested I ask my neighbors and wait an extra day or two in case it was misplaced. After 2 days I still didn’t find anything so I contacted help again and after filing a claim and waiting one more day, they initiated my refund. I appreciate the ease and integrity of the customer service team and I hope to actually try some of these out besides the one my ex used to wear, cus they sound amazing. I have a cart full right now, I’m just waiting for my next paycheck to pull the trigger

GBGreat Customer Service I had to reach out to customer service due to a lost package (no fault of Dossier). Every one of my emails were answered almost immediately and the issue got resolved painlessly. I've purchased Ambery Saffron from Dossier 4x now and can't recommend them enough!
