AUWorth the trial price Worth the trial price Even after reading the bad reviews, soething about it sounded good and I have had no regrets about buying the cream and the serum for a good trial price. The cream and serum are very nice products, no bad reactions or breakouts of spots, soaks nicely into my skin. I was curious about cancelling too which I did, not because I didn't like the product but because I didn't want to be committed to buying it all the time and the process was simple and uncomplicated with no further charges being made either. All in all it has been a good experience for me.

GBZero Stars if Possible I haven’t even had a chance to try it out. I started the free trial 3/28 and the company had been attempting to charge my account $204 since the 12th day. I made two attempts via chat (if you can get someone to reply in a timely manner) and the first person did not cancel my subscription but asked me to keep the items at $20 each. So I’m not sure why they charge $204. Also said I would have to pay to ship it back to them if I don’t want to keep it. I asked them to send me the contract that I allegedly signed where I agreed to pay $204, agreed to pay to ship back and agreed to pay on the 12th day not the 14th. They continued to refuse to send me anything. So my suggestion would be to buy organic Argan oil from Amazon for $20 and save yourself the hassle. The products might be good I have no idea because I didn’t even have a chance to try it out before I had this horrible experience. But this was enough for me to not trust them and not want to try their products. Finally after a second attempt and advising that I will be filling a bbb complaint against the company, they finally cancelled. They are definitely predatory and I would stay away. Not sure where any positive reviews are coming from, must be from employees or family members.

GB100% Scam on 14 day trial, hit my credit card on the 13th day. I did the 14-day free trial. Per the terms; "call anytime in the 14 day to not be charged and stop the subscription" I called on the 14th day. It turns out that on the 13th day my credit card had already been charged and Customer Service refuses to refund me. This is ABSOLUTELY a fraudulent company, I wish I had researched better up front. I see from the other complaints that the company will offer as a response, their customer service phone numbers. I spoke to their customer service, via chat and three phone calls. There is no resolution from customer service.

CAAs with many of the other reviews As with many of the other reviews, I opted to “Pay for Shipping” only item. I received the product in a timely fashion and I actually like it. I DON’T like the fact that buried deep within the product description is the aviso of a subscription. Fortunately, for me, I used a prepaid card that had insufficient funds to cover the (surprise) subscription. I was dismayed to realize my folly. Rechecked the website and began the process of cancelling the subscription. At time of writing, attempts to charge me for the product/subscription continue. I have used the website “Easy Cancel”, telephoned customer service and have sent a number of emails. When I finally receive confirmation of the subscription cancellation I will update. I have reported my card as STOLEN and it has been cancelled. The bottom line is: BUYER BEWARE. This legitimate company comes very very close to operating a scam through its subscription model. And once again, if something seems too good to be true, then it IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Update: I have not received any notification (by email) from this company with regard to the cancelled subscription other than my original attempt to use the “easy cancel” on their website. Also, there has been no email “inviting” me to reinstate the subscription. It’s a shame really because I found the product (CaviArgan) is quite good. Their marketing strategy is NOT. Another update (in response to Essence of Argan reply) I appreciate that the company has reached out with this offer. To be clear, I have checked my SPAM folder, in which there is NO communication from Essence of Argan. Also, to be clear, I was NOT charged for un received goods. Attempts were made to charge my credit card, however it had insufficient funds to cover the attempts due to the fact that it was a prepaid card.
