I received the wrong product and have… I received the wrong product and have emailed requesting either the correct product or a refund. The only response I get is my order has been delivered!! It is not what I ordered!

I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com… I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com website and checked out some of their perfumes. The variety seemed ok. There were a few issues with the site, but nothing too terrible. The presentation and layout were good, but I did encounter some problems with the navigation and loading times of the pages. It was just a bit frustrating. The prices were reasonable, and the customer service seemed to be somewhat responsive. However, it's not a site I would come back to often due to these small issues. There is still some potential here, and with a few improvements, it could be a better experience.

After tracking it, it stated that package was left with neighbor, WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE?.... I requested for that matter to be looked into; still no response from Usps
