Happy Customer Not like what most of us are used to with speed and communication from the big company that took over the world, but everything was great. Received two emails and product arrived within a week. No issues with authenticity. My wife has been using this for years and would have known if something were fishy. Would definitely buy from again.

I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com… I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com website and checked out some of their perfumes. The variety seemed ok. There were a few issues with the site, but nothing too terrible. The presentation and layout were good, but I did encounter some problems with the navigation and loading times of the pages. It was just a bit frustrating. The prices were reasonable, and the customer service seemed to be somewhat responsive. However, it's not a site I would come back to often due to these small issues. There is still some potential here, and with a few improvements, it could be a better experience.

Look Elsewhere Placed order, but after 4 days made email inquiry as I had gotten no shipping info. Vendor replied with "refunded transaction". No explanation. Further inquiry got no reply. Got PayPal involved and refund went through. Vendor replied through PayPal they had a problem with payment. No idea why, had to be on their end. Product still seems available. I ended up purchasing elsewhere. Horrible customer service, I will never do business with them again. I'm a fragrance collector, so I order from vendors often. I suggest you steer clear of this business.

As I had experienced an allergy to… As I had experienced an allergy to perfume recently, I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued. However the item arrived. Now I must wait for a return label to return the item and get a refund. Replies take longer than expected.
