Sleep easy with automated backups Platform works great and is very intuitive. For me its just about sleeping easy at night. As our team grows and more people have access to data its good to know that you have 100 days of backups to go back to if needed.

Spin Technology Backup is awesome We have been using Spin Technology for several years, as a backup solution for Google Workspace. We have been very pleased with the service and web interface of Spin Backup, they make the process very easy for us. We highly recommend Spin Technology as your backup solution.

Can't recommend SPIN. We tried using spin for our accounting business. We were specifically interested in the automatic daily backup to protect our customers files. Unfortunately, SPIN ended up corrupting specifically .PDF files, which unfortunately make up the bulk of our client files. Luckily we were able to restore from a separate back up, but it's a slow and painful process. We agreed to a call with SPIN's development team. We understand errors can happen and according to SPIN, this is an isolated incident. Until this point, I was somewhat ok with SPIN's response to the incident, though of course I did not want to continue using SPIN even if they did fix the error (we can't risk losing or compromising our client files - that would be the end of our business). Unfortunately, they have refused to refund us. We purchased an annual subscription and used it for around a week until we realised SPIN was causing our issues. They do not respond unless prompted from our side repeatedly, an they insist we owe them another call. I'm not interested in speaking with them again, as I have spent a lot of time explaining the issue via e-mail, getting on the initial call, as well as all the time restoring our files. Pretty disappointed with their customer service and now having to go through the trouble of initiating the chargeback from our credit card. I understand mistakes can happen but they way they've handled it is pretty subpar. I wouldn't recommend using them.

Spin AI, an easy to implement Security Solution We started using Spin AI our company for a specific reason and tested it against other offerings. Since then we have found other amazing features that Spin has and already used a lot of them, the interface is very intuitive and easy to use, it was very easy to integrate within our environment (Google Workspace). It was very transparent and setup to our needs was fast and easy. One of the important needs for our company is responsive support, to date the support team has been exceptional and even feature requests are being addressed. I highly recommend Spin to any organization that is looking for an easy to implement DLP, Security and risk assessment package. On top of everything else it is also very competitively priced and quite easy to customize.
