GBPolite, but no results when restoring data Google closed my account (grr), no worries, I had Spin backup! Welll... in principle, yes, eventually, after paying for a second account, Spin was able to migrate my Google Drive files over, yay! But 15 years of emails... their system kept restoring 854 of 95,000 emails. Their support was polite and responsive, but no actual progress was made over the following 8 months. My emails are still not restored.

AEEasy to manange & productive solution We are using this backup solution in our four Google workspace domains. This is an excellent product which I saw within our budget. Best part is you can manage or configure this product in a easy way. Also all domains backup you can manage from a single console. And if you have big IT team, then you can assign different access permission for each member related to domain, backup, restore , account configuration etc. And if any issue arise support team will response promptly.

HKCan't recommend SPIN. We tried using spin for our accounting business. We were specifically interested in the automatic daily backup to protect our customers files. Unfortunately, SPIN ended up corrupting specifically .PDF files, which unfortunately make up the bulk of our client files. Luckily we were able to restore from a separate back up, but it's a slow and painful process. We agreed to a call with SPIN's development team. We understand errors can happen and according to SPIN, this is an isolated incident. Until this point, I was somewhat ok with SPIN's response to the incident, though of course I did not want to continue using SPIN even if they did fix the error (we can't risk losing or compromising our client files - that would be the end of our business). Unfortunately, they have refused to refund us. We purchased an annual subscription and used it for around a week until we realised SPIN was causing our issues. They do not respond unless prompted from our side repeatedly, an they insist we owe them another call. I'm not interested in speaking with them again, as I have spent a lot of time explaining the issue via e-mail, getting on the initial call, as well as all the time restoring our files. Pretty disappointed with their customer service and now having to go through the trouble of initiating the chargeback from our credit card. I understand mistakes can happen but they way they've handled it is pretty subpar. I wouldn't recommend using them.
