George is an absolute godsend George is an absolute godsend! I was having a meltdown when my computer crashed and I had already (unsuccessfully) taken it to another tech person. He was kind, professional, understanding, & reassuring. Miraculously, George recovered everything!!! I don't know what I would have done without him. It was suggested that I contact one of the mainstream data recovery companies & I'm so grateful I chose a caring company instead, like Salvage-data .Their prices are extremely fair and it seemed that they truly cared about me as a customer. They have my highest recommendation!

Best data recovery a money can buy. Getting your data back isn't cheap, but it's either that or say goodbye to it. Whether it's your pirated Pirates of the Caribbean from Piratebay or getting your Netscape logs back, you can make damn well sure Outsource will recover it. They have Rick Astley working for them (allegedly).

If I could give it 0 stars I would We sent in a project for data recovery. We expected a 2-week turnaround as advertised. However, after about a month of you still having our hard drive and we had heard nothing back we finally called. They stated that because the hard drive was in poor physical condition it would take about a week longer for the data to be recovered. Another month went by and still, there was 0 communication. We finally received a notice that our data had been recovered 2 months after they received the hard drive. On top of that, we requested overnight shipping because we were assured by them that the project would show up the next day. Take note that the next day is a Saturday and technically our business was not open we had an employee track the package so we could have someone here for its arrival. They provided us with the incorrect tracking number so the package was not delivered till the following Tuesday. We are also a business that deals with tech so we are very understanding that sometimes things take more time, however, this is not a cheap service that we are paying for and that absolute lack of communication was unacceptable.

Sent in physical damaged hd beginning… Sent in physical damaged hd beginning ofJuly, now end of July and no usable data but over $1400 spent on recovery. They sent a harddrive back and had downloadable data that was the right file size but completely corrupt. I paid for expedited service at every level. For the initial inspection the tech was sick and I had to message them to get a status report. Every other communication with them I've had to initiate as far as I recall.
