AVOID - They are DISHONEST Horrible communication. They do not reply to emails. They do not deliver on time. They finish later than promised. They charge exorbitant prices. They claim to be the most cost effective solution, however they hold your files hostage until you pay their ransom demand. Completely dishonest. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

George is an absolute godsend George is an absolute godsend! I was having a meltdown when my computer crashed and I had already (unsuccessfully) taken it to another tech person. He was kind, professional, understanding, & reassuring. Miraculously, George recovered everything!!! I don't know what I would have done without him. While I was given a lot of hope While I was given a lot of hope, it turned out to be a false positive. I paid the expedited fee for 72 hour turn around, had to call a week later for a status update. Was asked to download a viewing program and to make an appointment and Cameron would call to do an online viewing. Instead, a link was emailed to me a 1/2 hour after said appointment and the files weren’t viewable. In my opinion Cameron takes ion far too much. Getting ahold of someone was no small feat. All the photos I was told could be recovered unfortunately weren’t.
