GBThe process was so simple and I was… The process was so simple and I was always informed of what process we were in and then going to.

GBIf I could give it 0 stars I would We sent in a project for data recovery. We expected a 2-week turnaround as advertised. However, after about a month of you still having our hard drive and we had heard nothing back we finally called. They stated that because the hard drive was in poor physical condition it would take about a week longer for the data to be recovered. Another month went by and still, there was 0 communication. We finally received a notice that our data had been recovered 2 months after they received the hard drive. On top of that, we requested overnight shipping because we were assured by them that the project would show up the next day. Take note that the next day is a Saturday and technically our business was not open we had an employee track the package so we could have someone here for its arrival. They provided us with the incorrect tracking number so the package was not delivered till the following Tuesday. We are also a business that deals with tech so we are very understanding that sometimes things take more time, however, this is not a cheap service that we are paying for and that absolute lack of communication was unacceptable.

GBData recovered & back to normal again My hard drive locked up Windows and could no longer be accessed. Since I've had previous positive experience using Outsource Data Recovery, I started a project online and sent my drive in. All my data was recovered and copied to another drive that I supplied. Note: I did have a backup but it was 3 months old - from now on backups will be scheduled much more often. Thank you Outsource Data Recovery (again) for your prompt service.

GBIt did work The company should explain things better. Our HDD was mechanically broken and couldn't be repaired, supposedly, but they could still get the data off of the drive by "repairing" it and using a clean room. We asked for clarification more than once and never got a straight answer. Also, the estimated cost is exactly what it will cost. Don't think that it may be any cheaper. We did get 98% of our data back and would recommend for folks that need theirs off of a damaged drive.

GBBest data recovery a money can buy. Getting your data back isn't cheap, but it's either that or say goodbye to it. Whether it's your pirated Pirates of the Caribbean from Piratebay or getting your Netscape logs back, you can make damn well sure Outsource will recover it. They have Rick Astley working for them (allegedly).
