She makes sure that she gives me assignments let’s say so I can basically understand the process and the steps to make sure I do it correctly. It is truly tough and frustrating when a theft just stole your identity and ruined what you work very hard on, especially after filing a BK.

He is respectful, professional and clearly able to navigate complex tech issues such as when my download moved me to a page that we did not anticipate viewing. I easily installed the software on several devices with his guidance and assurance. The take away for me is that you have a person working for you with excellent communication skills and expertise - and I hope you place value on that because that matters to people who buy your product.
