This platform has identified many of my Identity theft issues over the years and has provided the necessary documentation/ information for me to proceed with filing with the FTC. The restoration specialist, Christian Cruz had the best customer service I've ever experienced. He was quick to respond to my claim and thorough at analysing my claim. He monitored my Identity theft claim constantly and even called me like twice a month and also emailed me constantly to inform me that him and his team were monitoring my account. He would provide me updates of my claim as well. I really felt safe and secure during a time of complete crisis (Identity theft) when working with Christian at Identity IQ.

Very informative helpful and even helped me look into contacts to verify some information I was looking for outside their company. Overall a great experience from this person for customer service as well and making me feel more comfortable for looking into places to live by informing me about possible scams or frauds.

GBIdentityIQ is a con IdentityIQ was used by another party to unfreeze my elderly father's credit. Little did he know that he had been signed up to a $20/monthly service that was of no use to him. This is straightforward conman behavior on the part of IdentityIQ. What an easy mark my poor old father must seem. Despicable.

GBAccolades for Identity IQ I have nothing but accolades for Identity IQ (well one minor issue which I will explain). Mark Jackson was outstanding at a time when I needed his and Identity IQs' support. Communication and follow-up was expedient and effective. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. And friendly as well. I am a critic of customer service in our country at the moment. But Identity IQ (and Mark in particular) are a true exception to my general opinion of customer service. Well done! My one minor issue was the wait time I experienced several times as I tried several times to call. But email worked just fine!
