Superlative all around! The customer service from Wig Studio 1 is incomparable. When part of my order was unavailable due to a website error, they contacted me promptly, refunded the price of that item, and even gave me a $10 credit by way of apology. I couldn't be happier.

SWING hit this one out of the park!!!m I ordered my wig, Swing, plus some products. My products were delivered but not the wig. I left a voice mail message detailing my concern over my wig. The customer service reps were quick to respond, explaining my wig was coming from a different seller and sent me a tracking number. Swing arrived on time and in excellent condition. I truly enjoyed the experience by Wig Studio 1 and will use them again

Quick delivery and good price Quick delivery and good price. It’s a bit shiny and an unnatural looking shade. Part of that was due to the color I selected. I’ve owned many Ellen Wille wigs and appreciate the quality.

What ever you need help with, the company is always their to help you in every step of the way. I had returned a wig because it was too small, and customer service were verry helpful with the return process. Now, I will get another wig. I can't wate to get my other wig.

Nice Wig/Terrible tracking on shipment. The wig is wonderful, but the shipping tracking site “Route” was difficult to navigate and somehow my shipment info was switched with someone else’s order that was going to Pennsylvania. I panicked thinking my wig was shipped to somewhere in Pennsylvania, but was actually still on its way. Thankfully I got my wig and I am really happy with it.
