SWING hit this one out of the park!!!m I ordered my wig, Swing, plus some products. My products were delivered but not the wig. I left a voice mail message detailing my concern over my wig. The customer service reps were quick to respond, explaining my wig was coming from a different seller and sent me a tracking number. Swing arrived on time and in excellent condition. I truly enjoyed the experience by Wig Studio 1 and will use them again

The color of the wig doesnt match the pictures The color of the wig is totally different then the picture. Its more ash blonde then anything. I was wanting a honey, buttery blonde. The wig is way to thick on top it looks ridiculous. The part on the left is annoying as the long bangs are CONSTANTLY in your eyes and face. It looks ridiculous! I haven’t even took the tag off of the wig because I want a refund! How do i go about getting my money refunded?

What ever you need help with, the company is always their to help you in every step of the way. I had returned a wig because it was too small, and customer service were verry helpful with the return process. Now, I will get another wig. I can't wate to get my other wig.

Help from the rep I missed ordering on the weekend sale, but the rep alerted me that the wig I wanted would be on sale by Tuesday. Many thanks for the tip. Gabor Modern Motif is very pretty, nice curls, soft fibers, and the honey pecan color is lovely. It was very shiny and I've been working with the baking soda soak and dry shampoo to tone it down. The average size is larger than my previous purchase of Trend Alert and due to my small head, I had to take some small tucks in the cap to keep it from gaping out. Now it looks great and I've received numerous compliments. Love working with Wig Studio 1.

The topper was “okay” but I would never… The topper was “okay” but I would never wear it. I thought I was ordering human hair and this is synthetic. The part is not natural looking. I was expecting a more natural look for the price. I sent it back.
