GBApical is one Apical is one of the only companies that has a real products and not some wholesale garbage. We did our due diligence and found other companies with lots of glitz and glamor but at the end of the day it was all smoke and mirrors. We were able to personally visit the warehouse but when we arrived we spent 30 mins going through 28 stores that are all selling above 20k a month! This was extremely impressive so we ended up signing up last month!

GBI signed up with Apical back in March… I signed up with Apical back in March of 2023. I signed up for the Bronze package, with 1 supposed winning product. After they had my money, I had a kick off call and then the team went silent for months. It would take weeks to get a response on emails. I was told it was going to take 4-6 months to get my product up and going but at about the 6 month mark, I received a 35k invoice for transportation and inventory. I knew I would have to buy inventory but it wasn’t transparent how much it would be. This is above and beyond the 50k investment I already made. In addition to that, it was going to be another 3 months before my store would be ready after the bill was paid, putting me at close to a year to get my store off the ground. I am now fighting for a refund which they are refusing to pay. This company is a joke, DO NOT invest your money, they are horrible to work with.

GBEntered sourcing today Entered sourcing today for 5th product. Apical has done a good job sticking to the timeline, I heard of some problems earlier on in the company but I am relativly new so this didnt concern me as much because communication and project management have been sound in my view. 3 products in store, 4 is on the boat. Currently at 37k in rev for the last 30 days. Looking to improve!

GBBest company for automation I’ve been with these guys. for 4 months now and I’m impressed! Their customer service team specifically Casey was on point! So quick to answer my questions and really helpful. It felt like they actually cared about making things profitable and timely with shipments for me, which you don't see everywhere in other companies! The sourcing department is also top-notch. They know their stuff, getting good quality stuff sorted out for me without any hassle and at good prices too. It's clear they've got a solid network and really understand the market. All in all, working with apical was a breeze. They're professional, they listen, and they deliver. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
