There was issue with my product not having the branding correct and the manufacturing messed up but to Apicals credit they kept me informed every step of the way until they figured out a solution which didn’t lost me any of my inventory investment. One of the One of the smartest investments I’ve made. Looking at the current market of all these “automation companies” apical stood out because we were able to go to their warehouse in Los Angeles and see what they are actually doing.
