GBApical has done Apical has done a good job turning this company around in the past year. I echo what other people have voiced is that it was really not great when we signed on. But back last spring the CEO sent a video to all the clients speaking about how things would be different with new management and customer service team and we could get all the clients including myself back on track. Thankfully even though I was a few months late with my inventory, we were running ads the sec inventory landed and we crossed $1,000 in a day within 5 weeks of launching. Really impressed with the results as I said recently, hopefully this trend continues!

GBBig changes in Big changes in 2024 for apical from what I have seen. I have been a client for a year now and we have product in store from month 7 and selling. I was very worried initially with apical, communication and follow through but they really pulled things together and now have fullfilled on their original timeline and we are at our 2nd reorder now. Very impressed and hopeing that by the end of the year we have recouped out entire investment and then some! Very impressed with the progress this company has made.

GBI signed up with Apical back in March… I signed up with Apical back in March of 2023. I signed up for the Bronze package, with 1 supposed winning product. After they had my money, I had a kick off call and then the team went silent for months. It would take weeks to get a response on emails. I was told it was going to take 4-6 months to get my product up and going but at about the 6 month mark, I received a 35k invoice for transportation and inventory. I knew I would have to buy inventory but it wasn’t transparent how much it would be. This is above and beyond the 50k investment I already made. In addition to that, it was going to be another 3 months before my store would be ready after the bill was paid, putting me at close to a year to get my store off the ground. I am now fighting for a refund which they are refusing to pay. This company is a joke, DO NOT invest your money, they are horrible to work with.

The company has been with my every step of the way and Kodi and May have been really detailed in their description of Amazon terminology and sharing their experience as they are amazon sellers themselves.
