Wooninjas Learndash plugin We use the Wooninjas plugin and with time and updates, the plugin ends up no longer working and requires adjustment, which is normal. But every time, the service is fast and they fix the problem. It's been 2 times that we have had to adjust the plugin and it's going well, but we still have to be patient since everything takes on average two weeks to a month. We are very satisfied with the service of this company.

I've invested over two months and purchased numerous plugins to build content, courses, and gamification features. Eventually, my offline site started crashing due to plugin conflicts. I needed a reliable company familiar with the platforms I was using to sort out these issues. That's all I was asking for. I chose WooNinjas because they offered phone consultations. Despite their steep quote of $1,850, I agreed just for the peace of mind and to meet my launch timeline. After paying half ($975), the problems began. They sent me weekly emails claiming "DNS issues" and billed me for 5-7 hours of work. I clarified that the DNS settings were correct and that the real issue was plugin conflicts. I even bought additional hosting and invited them to work directly from my WordPress account. Long story short, it's been nearly a month, and nothing has been accomplished. They keep promising that my site will be ready in 7 days, but all I see are generic WordPress pages in their screenshots, not the content I spent over 70 hours creating. To add insult to injury, a person named Zee had the audacity to offer a 50% refund if I wasn't satisfied. What a joke! I've wasted a month, $975, and countless hours on emails and calls. Stay away from WooNinjas!

Recently, I hired them again to make some changes to my website. I had tight deadlines for these changes, but they managed to get the work done in a very professional manner.
